Dinosaurs came in all shapes and sizes. Saltopus was a slim, agile dinosaur that was only as big as a cat! And like a cat, this little dinosaur preyed upon creatures smaller than itself, such as prehistoric lizards and insects. The fossils of Saltopus have been found only in Scotland.

LesothosaurusThis little dinosaur measured only three feet in length. Its flat, leaf-shaped teeth and beak suggest it probably fed on plants.
CompsognathusThis dinosaur's name means "pretty jaw." But its toothy grin wouldn't have looked so pretty to the small animals it hunted.
